Nice unit

I do not do reviews very often but I have been very disappointed in the product arriving defective and not functioning correctly if at all. I had contacted Prowinch's customer service numerous time though email and phone. We have done all the trouble shoots and requests as per the request of Prowinch including video of the non functioning equipment. Now we were told to send the heavy piece of equipment back on our own expense, we are needing to set up a hoist very quickly and we are forced to basically purchase another hoist elsewhere. I do not see us getting the refund back. Purchase at your own risk, the product seems good quality and maybe we just pulled the short straw on this order and got the defective one, but that doesn't change the company policies on claims and shipping back on your own expense.

Works just like it should and what we needed.
