Best Wound Cleaner I’ve Found
This wound cleaner is the absolute best. It doesn’t sting or burn at all. I apply it to non-stick gauze pads before putting them on the wound, and it cleans perfectly every time. It’s been great for slow-healing wounds, and I haven’t had a single infection since I started using it. Worth every penny.

Recommended by wound care RN for 100 year old. Great results.
We've been caring for a very senior (100 year old) relative. Aging heart has led to edema and open sores in the legs. The wound care nurse (Nurse Amy, an angel!) explained everything she does, showed us all the products she uses, and explained that we could buy them ourselves on Amazon. She always started by applying gauze pads soaked with Vashe hypochlorous liquid. It's expensive, but the bottle lasts a month and we've had great results with no infections. It has a slight bleach smell but is gentle on century old skin. BTW, our dermatologist recommends doing the same thing with a dilute solution of white vinegar (3 tbsp vinegar in 2 cups water). We've also had good luck with that approach for wound care, and vinegar is cheaper. Both are weak acids (HOCl vs CH3COOH), both have worked for us, and I don't know the relative advantages of one over the other, so worth checking with your wound care nurse or primary care doctor (wound care nurses seem to be more familiar with specific products and applications, and since they see the patients regularly they have a good sense of what works). For now, we've had such good luck with Vashe that we're going to stick with it for our 100 year old relative. At that age, you stick with what works.

Excellent Product!!
My dog had an emergency surgery and a friend, who is a neonatal nurse, advised me to use this product to keep her wound clean and I have seen remarkable improvement at the wound site for the few days I've been using Vashe for her wound care. I've been so impressed I started using it on a couple of my own slow to heal cuts and scratches and they are now completely healed. This is certainly a product I will keep on hand from now on.

AMAZING PRODUCT
Wow. I can’t tell you how happy I am that I came across this product. The price is outrages when the product comes out like plain water but hear me out. I have a huge candida fungal infection all over my body with burning searing rashes and open wounds. Very painful. Even going into my private parts. I’ve been washing with a fungal soap and it just dried me out and made wounds and rashes worse. The huge open wounds and rashes in my inner thigh even though I’d wash daily then over night , by morning they smelled like death. Something dead. So gross. My significant other said I can’t believe someone can smell likeI’d wash thoroughly. Rinse with distilled water. Still had slight death decay smell. Used Vashe and was pissed at first because the high cost of the product and it came out came out like water. 8 ounce bottle and I used half in one wash because rashes and wounds are all over my body. Next morning I woke up. No death smell. This in just two days now of using this product I can tell wounds and rashes healing. Doctor putting me on high dose fluconazole to help heal. But this watery substance vashe is a miracle in a bottle. No more smell. Starting healing after only two days. Expensive but worth it. Wash your rash and wounds first. Then rinse well. Then add vashe and let set for 3-4 min. Rinse. Pay dry and dry rest with blow dryer on cool. I highly recommend this product. Just wish Vashe would make this more budget friendly.

Vashe wound card
This stuff is great for post surgical wound care. It was recommended by not only the surgeon's office but my wound care specialist, I feel that it aided in the speed of my recovery versus using other products or nothing at all. I will definitely purchase again when I run out.

Effective. Bottles leak.
Product works amazing which is why i’m giving it 4 stars. It stinks, however it saved me from another surgical wound clean up. Burns a little with scrubbing the slough off but it worked. I’m taking a star off because the bottle leaks so I have to be really careful when I have to take it to work. I may put it in another bottle because it’s too expensive to waste. But i’m happy to say I now have a clean healthy granulating wound bed.

VASHE is truly one of the best products available for wound care
VASHE is truly one of the best products available for wound care. I recently left the hospital with several wounds, and the nursing team used VASHE exclusively—it is simple to apply, highly effective, and promotes excellent healing. My daughter also uses it on her baby whenever they experience skin irritation or rash, and the results have been outstanding. I highly recommend VASHE for both medical and everyday skincare needs.
