Olive Wood Rosary - Bethlehem Holy Soil, Christian Gift from Jerusalem

I love this Rosary. It is beautiful. I prayed with it many times now. No regrets in buying it. The only problem is that it is not the one pictured, with the first and 2nd "Our Fathers" being metal like the rest. They are beads up to the Mary medallion with the sand. And that makes me wonder why so many reviewers are saying it cant be worn, other than by children, but others like myself disagree. This fits my head rather easily and i have a pretty big head imho. Maybe there are two differing versions with the metal "Our Father"s not being big enough to wear?? Idk. I hope the seller can help fix this issue. As i said, this beautiful rosary is already a part of me, so id never consider returning it... but i would purchase another to have if i knew for certain i would get the one where all the "Our Father"s were the same. Also, no big deal, but unfortunately when it lays flat around my neck and is all forward... the crucifix faces my chest. And since its rope, which is much nicer, rather than chain... there is no fixing that other than having everything else backwards. I have not benefited in anyway in placing this review. It's simply a great product, well worth a purchase. If this was helpful in considering a purchase please let me know.

I purchased this Rosary for my grandson for his first communion. I was very, very pleased. The beads of course are outstanding. I really ended up loving the black cord that connected the beads. Initially I wanted metal, but the cord looks very sturdy and tide beautifully. I can’t wait to give it to him. I am sure he will be interested in the soil from Bethlehem.

I bought this for a very dear friend who is a devout Catholic - what I thought would be just a polite gift she has told me how much she cherishes this and she now the rosary each night. By the way I am not a Catholic.

This is a very nice rosary. I love that the Our Father beads are differentiated from the Hail Mary beads. Both sets of beads/markers are a good size and comfortably runs between my thumb and the side of my pointing finger. I had to take out one star as the Bethlehem soil came off somewhere and was never to be found. Otherwise, this is a very nice rosary.

Rosary won’t fit around your neck but is beautifully crafted.

I'm always leary of buying things can't see in front of me (pictures lie lol) I was presently surprised, made well, the beads are large enough for me to handle (have fine motor skills issues) My only "Con" is that I thought it was 10 decades, not 5.
