This silicone treadmill belt lubricant works well!

Great quality, extremely easy to apply, exactly as described

I use it to lubricate my treadmill. It has worked good so far. It has a tip on top to make it easy for application. Oil quality is good. The size is great for many uses. However, the bottle is easy to leak if it is not stored properly in the upright position.

The light came on the dashboard of our Sole F80 treadmill suggesting Lube. I purchased this item because of positive reviews. I removed the two rear covers using an Allen wrench, loosened the belt, then squirted out about half of the contents under the belt in a side to side motion from the very front of the belt to about 1/3 of the way toward the rear. You don’t need more because the rest of the belt will get lubricated after you turn on the treadmill again. Too much lubricant will also just be wasted and you will have to wipe it up when it comes out the sides from underneath the belt using. Lastly, adjust the belt back into place using the same Allen wrench and reinstall the two end caps. Works like brand new and the lube warning light goes off automatically! Easy fix!!
