Smells amazing, lathers well, strengthen and thicken my hair overtime, super cute packaging
I discovered Viori, about two years ago and I've been using their products ever since. I really like their story and mission, so I totally want to support that. I also like that their products are free from all the bad stuff, and they used sustainable materials to make their packaging also. Their packaging are also very aesthetically pleasing and unique!! I am starting to really love this brand also, they have different collections and different products for different hair types also. I personally do not experience any hair concerns, since I am also very particular when it comes to my hair care products. So I only use the best stuff. I have purchased mostly their bar shampoo, and a few bars of the conditioner, body scrubs, and even dry shampoo (it was part of a larger bundle that I purchased directly from their website) Their bamboo bar holder was also very cute and well made! They are so cute, and I believe, you need to "cure the bamboo" first, before you use it, since bamboo needs to be treated before using. I love this scent from their collection the most, others who are more sensitive to fragrance, might find it to be strong, but for me, it was perfect, the musky, vanilla scent was perfect, it leaves my hair lightly scented after washing. I personally have fine hair, but also a lot of hair, but after using these shampoo bar, I feel that my hair has thicken/strengthen also, where I don't shed as much after showering. I do not have any other skin or hair concern like some other people, never experience dry or itchy scalp either, since I wash my hair everyday, so my scalp are pretty clean. I can't not washing my hair, because I do not want any buildup, since I have long hair also. I just like having clean, healthy hair and want to keep it that way. I can feel that my hair has gained some volume and that my hair has thicken also. I also love their moisturizing/repair shampoo bar, not that my hair is damage or anything, I just wanted to try out the different scents they have, because they all have been amazing so far! But this one is my favorite, because it work. I also want to address for those who said that sometimes bar shampoo soap doesn't lather as well as liquid shampoo, that is false. Maybe they just don't even know how to properly prepped their hair before shampooing. I personally rinsed and get my hair really well, then run this shampoo bar under water, before I apply it over my scalp, and work it in circular motion to make sure I cover all the bases, within a few seconds, my hair was very well lathered, then I put the bar back into its container, and I really work the lather and foam into my scalp and hair. These shampoo bar actually lathered quite well, better than I would have imagined, so I was very please. Plus, one bar, last me up to 3-4 months and I do wash my hair every single day!! I believe, what's more important is, that I keep my bar dry and away from "moisture" so I put it in a close container after each wash, so water doesn't get into it, which could melt away my shampoo bar either. I have recommended these shampoo bars to my friends as well, because sharing is caring. :)

Long, healthy hair that is now less dry and thicker ends!
I love this shampoo bar! I ordered a 2nd one because of how much I love it! The first bar lasted a very long time, but I wash my hair less often than the average person. This bar is so easy to use. I wet my hair down. Then, I rub the bar lightly onto my hair, in one direction only, in a downward direction to not rough up or damage my hair. I also rub the bar in my hands and apply more of the soap to my hair with my hands. It does not suds up much because of natural ingredients, so do not expect it to. However, this does not impact the cleaning factor. It does a fantastic job of cleaning my hair! I focus on massaging my scalp when washing to get the oil out. I can't believe the difference in my hair after using this bar for about 6 months. It's soft, strong, and has really been on a growth spurt! The one thing I've really noticed is how the ends of my hair are thicker and stronger, not thinning out, and not fraying as it grows. This has never happened to me before. My hair is also the longest it's ever been. And, it's not as dry as usual. My hair feels sturdy and strong. I do have fine hair, which used to break and be easily damaged. No more. It's still fine, but now it's strong, doesn't break, and it's healthy looking. The smell is so nice! I feel like I'm in a spa. This bar of soap lasted me quite awhile. It lasted longer than I thought it would. Originally, I kept it in the packaging it came in as recommended. But now, I'm keeping this 2nd bar on a soap dish. I'm going to see if it changes the length of time it lasts. I didn't like pulling it in and out of the packaging when using it in the shower. This is just a personal preference. I've been on a long, long journey of many years with my hair. I started with using coconut oil as a deep hydrating treatment twice a week. This worked well. Then, I only washed my hair every 3rd day after sleeping with the coconut oil in my hair. Eventually I went to washing only once a week. Now, I wash my hair twice a month. I use dry shampoo occasionally. Mostly I use arrowroot powder as a dry shampoo, in between washes, every few days to absorb oil. It also gives my hair a lift at the roots and added volume! My hair is now wavy and slightly curly, where it used to be stick straight. It's also longer than it's ever been. This shampoo bar is part of my journey with hair and it's optimum health! I highly recommend it. It took a few months for me to first start noticing the difference, but I have noticed a huge difference!

Wonderful smell and quality without being overwhelming.
I have brought multiple of these bars in different scents not only for myself but for some friends and family also. We all love them. They make your hair feel soft and healthy. I have been disappointed recently with some over the counter shampoos so wanted to try something different and this works really well. I know talking to the people I sent these too they said they have people compliment their hair on how shiny and nice it looks. The smell is nice without being overpowering. I enjoy these so much that I have been keeping extras in stock so don't run out.

Great, IF you know how to use it
I ordered this bar Sept. 8 2022, and I still have about a 1/3 of the bar left, but I feel I’ve used it long enough to leave a thorough review. First, I started out with a pixie haircut, have an oily scalp, thin hair at the crown, but incredibly thick hair from the occipital bone to the nape. TLDR: Don’t use the bar as frequently as they suggest or you will overload your hair with protein, making it brittle enough to break off. Always lather the bar in your hand, not on your scalp. It smells great, and my hair grew faster than normal, even they they don’t advertise it for hair growth. Onto the review. If you read comments, you’ll see everything from rave reviews to people saying that their hair is falling out or brittle. When I first bought the bar, I used it every two days like one of the images for the product showed. I was losing hair because it was SO brittle. I was adding too much protein to my hair by washing with viori so frequently (rice water does a decent amount of protein building from what I understand). So I switched to using the bar once every week and a half, which was more suitable for my fine hair. The rest of the time when I washed my hair I used a moisturizing shampoo bar (HiBar), which I had been using for nearly a year before. I saw a great improvement in both the strength and length of my hair. In three months my hair grew 2.5 inches. It may not sound like much to some, but that is much faster than usual hair growth for me. Another important thing I learned is that I HAD to lather the bar vigorously in my hand before swiping gently over my hair. Rubbing the bar into my scalp caused the finer hairs around my face to fall out. So I made sure my hair was really wet, I had a thick lather in my hands, and then I swiped both my “soapy” hand and the bar gently over my hair. No more hair loss! Yay! This shampoo bar smells fantastic while you use it, with a lovely citrus scent. However, the smell doesn’t linger once your hair dries. It lathers well, and, when used in what I view as the “proper” way, it will last ages. I’ve had mine for 6 months and seem to have a few more months left with it.

Shampoo Bar – The Non-Toxic Hair Savior You Didn’t Know You Needed
Shampoo Bar – The Non-Toxic Hair Savior You Didn’t Know You Needed I finally found a shampoo that cleans my hair and my conscience. This shampoo bar is a game changer for anyone who’s tired of feeling like they’re bathing in toxic chemicals every time they wash their hair. Pros: Non-Toxic Goodness: This stuff is like a breath of fresh air for my hair and the planet. No more reading labels that look like a science experiment gone wrong. Great Lather: Don’t let the "bar" fool you—this thing lathers up like it’s got a secret. One rub, and you’re sudsing like a pro. Long-Lasting: A little goes a long way. I feel like I’m getting the bargain of the century since it lasts forever compared to bottles that seem to disappear faster than my youth. Soft, Clean Hair: After using it, my hair feels softer and cleaner without that "stripped, dry, and brittle" feeling. It's like a spa day without the fancy price tag. Cons: Takes a Minute to Get Used To: If you’re a bottle person, this might feel like the shampoo equivalent of using a rotary phone. But once you get the hang of it, it’s smooth sailing. Storage Issues: You have to figure out how to store it when you're not using it (I keep mine in a little soap dish). But hey, that’s the price of going all eco-friendly and fancy. Not for Super Thick Hair (Maybe): If your hair is as thick as a wool sweater, you might need to spend a little more time working it through. Final Thoughts: This shampoo bar is the haircare equivalent of a glow-up. It's non-toxic, works wonders, and makes me feel like I’m actually doing something good for the environment—and my hair, of course. If you’re tired of wondering what's in your shampoo and ready to go green without compromising on quality, this is your new best friend.

WOW!
About 4 years ago I started a quest for a better quality shampoo. I have fine hair but I'm 60 now and the textures are changing. Fast forward to today. This is my second bar of this specific brand. This is my shampoo bar moving forward. My hair is the fullest it's ever been. It's so soft and healthy. Patches that seemed thinner have filled back in. I get compliments about it. Basically thought I can tell it healthier and feels and looks better. It lasts 4 or 5 weeks with almost daily washing. Lather's fantastic, smells nice and natural. I recommend the plastic loofah like soap bag for it hang it to dry. This is 1 of 4 bar brands I've tried. This is best even in pricing.

New soap finally
I’ve included a picture of basically the before and after size after a month of using it. Keep in mind I am probably three days now over the month but as you can see the conditioner hasn’t changed size but the shampoo is gone minus some residue on my mesh bag for maybe two more uses tops. So hopefully this won’t be too long, but I’ve been using one brand of shampoo for years and it was the most amazing shampoo and conditioner I’ve ever used and it never made my hair dry, and never felt like it left a coating. I could never use any other type of shampoo and conditioner because it always felt like it was leaving a coating on my hair or my hair felt ridiculously dry and would break easily. I’ve always had a problem with my hair growing so I started using essential oils instead of Hair growth shampoos, trying everything I can to not get on some thing that would make your hair fall out after forgetting to use it for a day or two. My hair has always been thin and using essential oils has made a huge difference, but it was trying to find a replacement shampoo and conditioner because the company stop making that exact name. It was Unilever “Clear” shampoo and conditioner. I even started buying the travel size just to get by and even then I was noticing that every one that I got had been expired for a long period of time and honestly that’s all I could do was use it. No other brand and I had tried several left my hair feeling clean And well conditioned. Without feeling greasy or oily or dry. With that being said, I don’t know why I skipped out on trying this before. I bought a couple other brands to try out but it’s been the best decision ever. Keep in mind there are some pros and cons to this bar. I’ve used actual rice water in my hair before and noticed a huge difference in how it felt so I know I wanted to use something with rice water. Pros: leaves your scalp and hair, feeling clean and the conditioner makes it feel moisturized enough that it’s not overpowering or make you feel greasy. It also did not make my hair feel dry. Cons: I guess this one’s a really big one for me, but the shampoo bar definitely needs to be twice the size because I’ve already gone through the shampoo and still have the same size conditioner. As much as that is a pro for the conditioner, that is a con for the shampoo because I don’t want to spend anywhere from $10-$20 depending on the current sale price for shampoo only for one month. another con is that it says using the shampoo every 2 to 3 days, I don’t know many people who can shampoo and condition their hair every 2 to 3 days, but me with my thin hair. I have to shampoo my hair every day. Otherwise, this probably would’ve lasted someone maybe two months if they shampooed their hair every other day. Like I said, I can’t do that so I went through my shampoo bar twice as fast. I guess the other con is that depending on the price that set at the time that you get it it can be anywhere from $16 to almost $20. For some thing I use once a month I feel like anything near $20 is a bit excessive. I would even be more so willing to pay $14 for something that lasted me a month but anything over that seems a bit expensive and excessive. I guess one more con is that I feel like there needs to be a mesh bag included. Lucky for me. I make my own soap so I used a mesh bag and doing so probably saved a lot of shampoo and conditioning days inside that mesh bag for me to use. Otherwise it probably would’ve been lost on the corner of the tub or in the soap dish depending on where you keep yours. I have a basket on the one side where I keep everything on one of the seats that I have in my standing shower. Overall, I’m very excited to be using this brand and happy that I can use a brand that doesn’t have sodium lauryl sulfate in it. I’m also happy that the floral brand that I bought smells very good. I know it seems like there’s a lot of cons, but it is really how I feel about it and in the end because I can’t find another brand like this. I have no problem overlooking the cons in order to keep my hair healthy. Update: so I’ve recently been having a little bit of issues with what appears to be residue. I still have my old shampoo so as soon as I washed my hair with that my hair felt like it was back to normal. I feel like I might not continue using the shampoo and conditioner, because in the end, I think it’s still leaving deposits in my hair, and I honestly don’t know what to do. I don’t feel like it is nearly as bad as some of the other shampoos but I’m gonna have to try using Other’s now.

My hair loves it!
I've only been using it for about a week, but so far I love this shampoo! I tried to used bar shampoo probably 15 years ago, and it left my hair so dry, it was nearly impossible to detailed. I've been using another brand of shampoo for probably 3 years or so and it was the best, but is no longer available, so I decided to try this shampoo bar. My hair is fairly long( past my natural waist) very thick, with a slight wave pattern, course, with oily scalp. After 1 use, my hair felt cleaner than it has in ages. Like squeaky clean, but without feeling stripped. I'm able to run my detonating comb through my hair in the shower with ease, and without using conditioner. After showering I use a lightweight curl cream and air dry. My hair feels amazing well into the next day. My hair is very heavy and is always so weighed down, it just looks lifeless. There is some volume now and it feels so nice and silky, no longer lifeless. It's scent is nice and light, clean smelling. Almost like orange blossom. It's not strong at all after my hair is dry. I'm going to stock up, I don't want to run out and find out it gets discontinued like my old shampoo.
