I highly recommend Paloma Thyroid panel at-home test kit. I received the test kit quickly and the instructions were easy to follow. The test results came back faster than I expected. I will definitely use their test kit again since the cost is cheaper than going to the doctor and paying for both a doctor visit and bloodwork.

Ordered from Amazon on 05/02/23. Was shipped from Paloma Health and arrived at my residence in Arizona 2 days later. The written instructions are sufficient but I would highly suggest watching one of the instructional videos on youtube. The videos will give you some tips to make sure you properly collect the required blood on the blood collection card.You will be provided with a prepaid shipping package so your test will properly ship to the appropriate destination. Mine shipped on 05/5/23 and the test results were available through the palomahealth.com website on 05/16/23. You don't have to pay any money to review your results.I saw some reviews where people had problems with the blood collection process. Again, if you watch a video before collecting your own blood I doubt you will experience any problems. I had no issues and would buy this thyroid testing kit again.

This review is after my second attempted (and unsuccessful) Paloma Thyroid panel at-home test. When I mailed in my second collection card, Paloma lab said it was incorrectly customer prepared (had over-lapping blood droplets) and they declined to process the collection card through their lab. Paloma promised to send me a replacement blood collection card (free of charge) but (to this date 2022-08-20) never did that. Overall, I spent $400 with the Paloma Lab (two at-home tests and one membership). I received only one (of two) test results and did not get any doctor consultation. I feel I was overcharged. Paloma kept the $400. In summary, I am not satisfied and would not recommend the Paloma Thyroid panel test and doctor consultation to fiends.

Supplies adequate and procedure well explained. Lab results were accurate. However, no clear ranges or parameters were provided so I had to look everything up on other sites. Company notified me when test was received and when results were in, which was good. Too many texts and attempts to upsell into their other services, which was not good.

The kit shipped so fast! It comes with everything you need to take a finger prick blood sample including a prepaid return envelope and the cutest lollipop!! (Didn’t post a picture of the blood sample in case you’re squeamish, but really, it’s not very much blood. You just drop a few drops onto a special collection card.) Will update when I get my results!

This test was easy to use with quick response! I was skeptical in the beginning but they proved me wrong. I would use Paloma Health again, try them out!

The test wasn’t too expensive and results were ready in a decent amount of time. Love how I could take the test from home.

Results came 6 days earlier than I expected. Easy process.
