No. RF is only for EOS R cameras. There is an EF 50mm STM that is half the price that will adapt to an M50.

Q: Does it come with the lens Hood?

No, Canon only includes a lens hood with the more expensive L-model 'professional' lenses.

Q: Will this fit on rebel eos t7 or t7i?

No! If you need a 50mm lens for your Rebel, Just get the EF version that canon has been making for years and years. (EF 50mm f1.8 STM). It fits on crop-sensor with a 1.6X crop so it will be an 80mm equivalent field of view. It is also only $125 now that the RF version is basically replacing it.
