Kyocera Revolution Series 3-inch Ceramic Paring Knife, Pink Handle, White Blade

This is a great little knife. It was absolutely sharp right out of the package. I bought it because I've heard that ceramic knives hold their edge longer than steel. It's too soon to say about that, but compared to some of the "premium" knives this one "seems like" a real bargain.

It is sharpest kneif ever. No need to sharpen it.You do have to be care not to drop it as it chips.

The quality is great and it is very sharp. The handle feels great and makes cutting fruits a breeze. The downsides is the blade is easily broken and a bit pricey. But I can't find a replacement knife as good as this one.

Like this knife a lot, very easy to use. Was disappointed that the blade chipped after a couple of weeks of use. With the cost of this product I was expecting it to last longer. Don’t want the hassles of sending it back for a replacement.

I had another pink Kyocera knife and decided to complete my set - I'm incredibly pleased with all 3 of the knives. They are my go-to knives anytime I need to slice, cut or chop - always sharp, so therefore, I am very careful not to get my fingers in the way. Excellent purchase, highly recommended!
