Remarkable product! Amazing what the right compression can do!
I bought these a full year ago. I was suffering from plantar fasciitis pain in my right foot that affected a lot of my everyday activities. I even had to be super careful when transitioning indoors or out to make sure that I put the ball of my foot down first because if I put my heel down first and wasn't careful, that all too familiar shooting pain would go up my heel. It was excruciating. We take so much for granted as far as how our bodies function and having to stop before taking a step was not something I welcomed but after one too many of those knife-like pains, I realized I had to be careful about the steps I was taking and whether I was stepping on level ground or not. It was a pain! On top of the real pain I felt. I bought these after reading the good reviews in hopes of getting some relief. I bought a size Medium. I am female and wear a size 9 Wide, women's size. The medium was just perfect. It offered enough compression without any sort of limited blood flow, or cutting into my skin. I have to tell you - these things work! They are AMAZING. I had been suffering from my pain for over a year. I figured I was just stuck with it. I did special stretches, etc. and nothing alleviated the pain. After wearing these socks for a week the pain was mostly gone. Completely. I couldn't believe it. My left foot was OK so I wasn't adamant about wearing the sock on that foot. Sometimes I did just because I felt if I was falling apart maybe I could spare the left foot from going through this. Time is nasty on our bodies! After a week I eased back on how often I wore it. I mostly wore it during the day but not at night. Plantar fasciitis pain can be worse upon waking so that first week it was great to wear them all the time. After a couple more weeks I did not wear it every day. I probably wore it about 2-3 times/week for the next month. All together I may have worn them a total of 2 months. Since the pain was for the most part non-existent by then, I really didn't wear them at all at that point. And the plantar fasciitis has not returned. It's been 10 months! I'm still in awe. Fast forward to this past weekend. I did a lot of walking and physical activity due to a project I have going on. Once again, my poor right foot started hurting in a really painful way. Even when I wasn't stepping on it, it throbbed from the pain. But it wasn't that up-the-heel type plantar fasciitis pain. Instead it was on the sole of my foot and on the outside of the foot. I spent all weekend running around getting things done and by Monday morning, after a good night's rest, it was still there. Then I remembered my trusty socks. I put one on the foot that was hurt and went about my daily activities (my regular, lighter activities). I figured a little compression and support on that poor foot may actually help. It did! By Monday night the pain had subsided about 80%. I was amazed once again. Today is Tuesday, the following day, and I woke up even better (did not wear the sock to bed). I put it on again today to wear during my daily activities and it's almost end of workday and my pain is reduced by about 95%. I can't say enough good things about these amazing socks. It's fantastic to be able to find non-drug relief for things. Besides how well they work, they are durable, wash well and I find them really affordable for the relief they provide. I will keep these things around forever!

Great compression sock (Edit: OK compression sock)
Edit: The pair I bought November 22, 2023 is what the below review is for. The pink pair I got in my January 6, 2024 order is not the same quality. It's very loose and slides down my ankle and up my foot. Basically it bunches around my ankle area. I'm constantly pulling it back into place. It's frustrating to remove socks and shoes constantly to adjust. Based on my experience and looking at the reviews, the quality has changed. --- I have plantar fasciitis and own two pair of these compression hose. They are wonderful to wear every day all day. I forget I have them on. They help with the pain and I feel more secure. My ankles also like to roll. The pay don’t help that, but it doesn’t happen as often. Maybe because they secure the rest of my feet and tendons? My shoe size varies depending on the make and cut of shoe. Most are sized 9.5, particularly my sneakers. I bought the size large and they fit nicely. Probably a little loose if I wanted tight compression, but I just wanted a light compression sock. I hope this helps someone.

Maybe order two different sizes lol!
It arrived today. They actually work for heel but it was to tight for me started giving me pain at the ball of my foot that I didn’t have even tho my measurement match the size chart, I ended up purchasing a larger size. The company do accept returns but I dread having to travel to the drop off location with my foot pain Edit: 1/10.. I decided to give my neighbor the large, wearing the medium for a few days started to feel comfortable, I added foot massage 2x a day on my arch I seen a video on YouTube and using the socks OMG I wake up in the morning I can barely feel and pain the first step in the morning 85% I just need to get a new sneakers for my PF(heel) on my left feet and I’ll be 100%. I can actually walk around barefoot in my home now when I want. And I’m not limping down the stairs anymore also taking longer walks. I wear insoles and the socks with my sneakers cause it wide toe in the front don’t cause it to roll up but the arch of the sneaker is a little to high that what causes the pain. I really happy a sock changed my pain tremendously. I hand wash them and put to dry on my radiator BUT not inside out

Works for the price, but not amazing.
I bought these socks to help with plantar fasciitis pain, and they do provide some noticeable relief. The compression around the arch and heel makes walking a bit easier, and they’re slim enough to wear with most of my shoes without feeling bulky. That said, they’re not the most comfortable for long wear. The stitching rubs in certain spots and can get pretty irritating after a while. Also, after a few weeks of regular use and washing, I noticed they don’t feel as snug as when I first got them, so the support isn’t as strong anymore. Overall, they do help with the pain, but I wish they were a little more comfortable and held up better over time.

Alleviates pain!
Honestly shocked at how well these have worked. Feels like a big supportive hug holding my feet together. It’s given me support for my plantar fasciitis and achellis tendonitis. I plan to buy a second pair. I have lean legs size 10 in women’s and they fit me perfectly...

Great
I ordered a medium, I am a size 7 in women’s shoes. I will say I wish they were a bit more tight but I am hoping after I wash them they shrink up a little. I probably could have gotten a small but I didn't want them to be too tight. My feet didn't hurt as bad when I woke up so guess we will see how they continue to work out.
