Heated Waist Belt, Cordless Heating Pad for Low Back Electrical Heating Rechargeable Battery Powered，Upgraded Version (with Vibration Function (Waistline 29"-57", Back Heating - Upgraded)

I purchased this to wear on the airplane while dealing with bad lumbar back pain that radiated around from right side back around to my side. What impressed me the most is that the battery works for about five hours on a single charge on the medium setting. I wear it inside my clothing next to skin although they say you shouldn’t, but I like a powerful heating pad, and on medium, it feels really good to me. The heated portion of the belt is fairly small so don’t expect it to heat all the way around. It’s also a very bulky belt and there are two significant “bumps” on either side of the heated portion so it’s not the most comfortable thing to wear. But the bulkiness is worth it to have heat on my sore back that lasts up to 5 hours. I like the vibration setting too but I haven’t used it much so I’m not sure if it would run down the battery faster or not. I like that I can wear it with the heated portion wherever I need it - I needed it to the right of my spine and my right side at my waistline. You don’t have to have the heated portion centered on your back. I am still wearing it to my job not only because it helps with back pain as I sit at the computer, but my office is really cold and it helps keep me warm. I definitely recommend this product.

I am so grateful to have found this belt: it means I don’t have to take any pain meds. I have lower back and lower abdomen issues. The combination of heat and vibration seems to interfere with pain signals to the brain (that’s my theory, ha ha!) and makes life livable and doable again. As others have suggested, totally worth getting an extra battery. You can even wear it under bulky clothes and no one notices it.

Good quality, has a little extender belt in case you are fat. High heat setting is definitely hot. The massage function is pointless it just vibrates. If you need a slim heating pad this is it, plus it charges fast and battery lasts forever

I love it. I have chronic back pain and was recommended to have heat on my back as much as possible. I work from home a lot so I have this plugged in and on the whole time.I like the highest heat but for some reason it goes to lower heat on its own after awhile. I’m not sure why it does this.When I’m not working I use the battery pack, which one reviewer noted hurts as it lands right on the hip bone. I agree with that. It’s a weird placement for it because if I’m not standing or laying completely flat, it will cause me pain at the hip. I avoid sitting or laying in different positions other than straight due to that issue. It would be better placed in the front with all the other controls.The battery pack lasts close to 5 hours as advertised. Definitely well over 4 hours. I timed it.Pretty good deal for what you get.

Purchased to wear at work, where my back hurts the most. Very happy with it!

I saw a similar product at my golf fitter. They were selling them for a lot more. So, looked online and decided on this one. I wasn't really expecting much. But, the vibration is nice. The heating part isn't very hot, but for an extended period it works pretty well. I can't say anything about the battery life because I have never had it run out. It seems to last forever. The add says it's good for about 3 hours. I really don't know but I have used it for what seems like much longer and it's still charged. So far, I am really pleased. I also like the fact that I can charge it from my car if I need to have it on for an extended time. I give it 5 stars so far.

I've suffered with back pain for almost 60 years. Fractured my L-5 in 3d grade, several others since, with 2 spine fusions. I live on a heat pad. Now I can enjoy the heat while moving about.
