Sum it up
Love it until this happened use it twice and then had to put it in the shop because it would not power on. For two highly named company's that been around for years, I figured they have it fixed the problems by now.

Transducer Adapter Information Lacking
I bought this hoping to connect to my Garmin Echomap UHD 63 cv. However, Motorguide does not make a 4 pin adapter. Garmin does make a 4 pin adapter for use with Motorguide TR82 transducer cable. The Garmin adapter isnโt even close.Motorguide says their built-in transducer is not intended for use with a 4 pin Garmin. The conundrum is I cannot find published anywhere which sonar (regardless of manufacturer or brand/model) is 4 pin, 7 pin, 8 pin, etc.Motorguide lists by manufacturer and number of pins which adapter is needed. Not by specific model. And no manufacturer identifies which model sonar has what specific number of transducer connection pins. Please, do not purchase unless you know if your sonar will adapt to this model trolling motor.Customer service for Motorguide nor Garmin were helpful. Each referenced the other.
