Comprei essa faca pois tenho a mesma em 10", essa cumpre o papel de petty no meu set! Só tenho elogios.

O custo-benefício da faca seria bom, se ela cumprisse o que promete. Nos materias de marketing a Tramontina diz que não existem fendas entre o cabo e a lâmina, mas isso não é 100% correto. Tive mais de uma faca dessas que apresenta um buraco entre o cabo e a lâmina, e isso prejudica a higiene da faca. Não sei se ocorre em todas, se são lotes defeituosos ou se é o CQ da Tramontina, que é sofrível.
