I have been ordering these capsules for a long time l. Every time I check there are only 119 capsules ond not 120 as stated on the box.

So far the effects that it has on me is that it helps my digestive system and it boosted my energy. In terms of bone strength and helping with my nervous system it is too early to claim it's effectiveness but i remain hopeful because medical professionals do claim that ingredients like turmeric and black pepper is good for blood flow, digestion, bones strength and helps to prevent damaging of the nerves. I chose this product because it's cheap for its quantity. I'm sure there are other products that are equally good, if not better, but I like this because it's cheap yet effective and the quantity is satisfactory.
