Super quality nice product for knee pain

I have measured my knee size as per instructions mentioned below the product. It came around "Large" size i.e, 19"-21". So i ordered "Medium" sized. But it turned out medium is still lose. And there is no return or refund foe this product. I should have gone for "small" but it isn't available during the time i ordered. Pros : good quality, not slippery, effective but could have gone for small. cons : for extra compression got two sizes below, for relaxed compression one size below the mesurement of knee. Don't go for the same size of your knee

I was very unsure about buying these after seeing some photos and reading reviews. This is my honest take after using them myself:- 1. Firstly, I needed them specifically for badminton and cycling. Hence, I did a lot of research about the material if it’s suitable for my purpose. I found out that the material that this kneecap uses is a mix of cotton, nylon and latex which is best for compression, breathability and support. 2. I saw a review in which using this kneecap gives you marks on your skin. So my suggestion is just go as per the size chart provided, and you should be alright. My body fat percentage is less and my legs are not very fat. So even after two hours of Badminton, there were no marks. It was very comfortable. But for those of you, who have fat legs, kindly go for one size Bigger. 3. There is a good confidence that you get when you wear these knee Caps while playing badminton or doing cardio, it feels as if this will support your knee and surrounding muscles and ligaments. 4. My only worry was the durability and the life of this material, but if you hand wash them, then you’re good to go. 5. These knee apps keep your knees warm, so less warm up is required. At the same time, I suggest to not keep wearing it even while sitting or resting because that’s not its purpose. All in all, I am very happy for this purchase because I think I got exactly what I wanted.
