this is a great charger for the car especially if you have a phone that has MagSafe, i have an Iphone 13 pro max and it holds it very well it has never just dropped off. and it is great for those long road trips or even the short ones as well, as i sometimes forget to charge my phone at home but with this it charges on the go whenever im in the car. so if you use your phone for satnav like i do this is great as it will charge the phone and you never have to worry how much charge you have left. pretty much everyone in my family has one of these in their car with how convenient this is

Great little in car charger. I tried the vent mount but it didn't feel good so went for the little adhesive ball-joint thing. My car has really limited options for good places to put accessories so ymmv. I was concerned about the metal disc rubbing on the back of my phone over time and scratching a nice crop circle into the back of it, but to be fair that doesn't seem to be an issue. Either way rather than risk it I just got a couple of little rubber feet from something else I had and stuck those on there (like 1mm thick) and that works a treat. If I had a phone case I wouldn't care at all but I run free and wild, so... The magnet is real sticky, as long as you centre the phone right it is not going anywhere no matter how hard you bump it (I've gone offroading and it's not been a problem at all). I suspect the flimsy plastic my vents are made of would break before my phone would fall off the magnet. The only downside to this thing is getting the ball into the joint to assemble it took literally my entire bodyweight, which pressing onto a bendy piece of plastic felt like either it or my fingers were going to snap, seems amazingly strong though, unlike my flimsy fingers.

This is the best phone holder I've had. I have tried various holders over the years, one quite complex one that quite cleverly moved electronically to hold the phone in place, but all of them appeared cumbersome and quite untidy on the dash or were mounted to the vent which is a real pain as they prevent operation of the vent and eventually flop over.... This product is simple, sticks well to the dash (not sure why other reviewers had a problem, perhaps they rushed the install?), and magnetically grabs hold of the phone really well. I do have an Apple case, possibly that helps? Anyway highly recommended if you want a small, neat attractive holder that does what it says...

Good charger and a great phone hold

Brilliant MagSafe car charger for my iPhone 13. This charger is works better than other which I have had in the past. I drive a 4x4 on rough and uneven ground. My phone has never fallen off and is always charging 1st time with having to adjust. I highly recommend this product for the build quality, flexibility and price point. This product performs better than the other well known brands but works the same if not better in many areas. I have been using since 5/10/21 with no issues. I was looking for a magnetic phone holder for my Hyundai Ioniq, and the PLDHPRO phone holder seemed perfect for my needs - it claims to be versatile and discreet, with powerful magnets to hold most smartphones. Sadly, the product is badly let down by its adhesive base. The unit failed to stick to my dashboard, making it completely useless to me. Unless your car has a solid, completely flat (non-textured) plastic dashboard, you should be very wary of purchasing this product. None of the example placements shown in the marketing photos for this product held my Samsung Galaxy S9 in place - the unit (and my phone) fell off immediately, as soon as the extra weight of my device was added.

Great bit of kit. Easy to install and worked well

Very good product with good quality finish. Does not look flimsy. Have had for a month and has stood up well to heated dash from the sun. Some products have deteriorating plastic which causes the arms to sag and even break. This product looks far more robust. Regardless, I always recommend resting your phone so that part of its weight is borne by the dashboard and not wholly by the holder - I say this for any product as it will minimise the stress on your vents as well as the holder.

In the past years I've had several car chargers for my iPhone. This Magnetic vent charger has overall been the best. The clip for installing the base on the fan slot is super sturdy and easy. The magnet is extremely strong and will keep your phone on and charging even going over bumpy terrain. I purchased two of them so far. For my daily driver community to work and back home. I also have one for my adventure vehicle I have yet to have my phone fall off while driving.

This vent phone holder works awesome. I have had many different kinds but this one is the best so far. It’s easy to install and easy to use. Clip it on the vent and plug in the charger cable and your ready. I get in the car and put my phone on it and it holds it in place very well. And it charges the phone too. The MagSafe magnets are very strong and it works great in my MagSafe case. No need to take the case off to use. It works so good I bought a second one to use at home. I clip it on my shelf and now I have a phone holder.
