Non stick and can be cleaned and reused multiple times. Reasonably priced and very helpful to maintain less grill cleanup and flareups.

I love these mats for grilling my chicken on. Sits right on the grates and browns the meat with ease. In the end I can take them inside and wash it in the sink and reuse. Food does not stick to the surface and the chicken doesn’t fall apart. Easy to store and easy to put back in the holder till next use. I like the copper ones better than the black ones.

We purchased a set of these several years back and love them. Definitely pros and cons - you place these on your grill and cook the food right on top. No more piece of food lost to the grill, but don't expect those gorgeous char/grill marks. We like that these mats keep the grill clean and extend the life of our grill. However, they are a huge pain to clean. I recommend letting them cool wiping the cooled fat off, then scrubbing real good. They do stay a little greasy but its just for the grill. This particular set is a bit thinner and felt lower quality, but they seem to be holding up well enough so far, we've been using them for a few weeks now.

These copper mats are a must for your grill. We have a Viking grill with the ceramic briquettes and the mats keep the briquettes clean while grilling the food to perfection

This was my first experience using this type of product and I was thrilled. My fish came off perfectly. The taste definitely had that barbecue finish. The pad was easy to clean. Worked great!

These grill mats are great. They are easy to use and clean. Great for grilling fish as they are non-stick. I would highly recommend this item for all your grilling uses.

Use these a lot!! They make our food stay moist without too much char and they are easy to clean. Plus our grill stays much cleaner!
