This is my first purchase of a Herb Scissor. This one does the job almost as good as what a regular scissor would do. I have to apply more pressure than normal to cut cilantro or other herbs. I wish it was sharper and more easy to cut.

I bought these of these Herb Scissors (from various sellers) during the holidays for gifts. I kept one set for myself.Everyone loves them! The little cleaning tool comes in real handy so be sure to keep it right with the scissors.

Did not work very well.....tore up the cilantro.

Not compatible for restaurants. Most likely a home utensil. It is not strong enough to cut bulk.

The media could not be loaded.  Here's the thing. Are these suckers sharp? Yes! Are they nice? Yes! And they are definetly good for the rookie cook. But when you chop as fast as my mother-in-law, it just slows you down. See video attached of her cutting with these scissors vs. chopping with a knife. Me, on the other hand, I need these, as I'm no good at chopping produce.
