I never knew there was this much information on e-cigarettes until I read this book. This was very informative and covered question above and beyond what I'd expected. I have several family members who smoke and with the information that is presented in this book, I may have found a solution to help them cut back on their nicotine habit. Grab a copy of this book, if not for yourself a family member or friend might greatly benefit from everything that Shane had to share with us regarding vaping.

I have been digging into the world of vaping lately. There are a lot of mixed messages out there, but I am glad to have found this book, where the author explains it all in a very language which is easy to understand and got a good sense of direction as to what I should start out with. I truly didn't know that there are generations of e-cig devices out there, but now I know which ones produce that really huge cloud like smokes and which ones are more like real cigarettes. A great book indeed.

this talks about the old vapors and really does not tell you anything new you can find online for free. I gave it to goodwill
