Best kitchen knife I have ever owned
I absolutely love this knife, I use it for most things in the kitchen now. It is super sharp, it is very heavy duty and haven't found anything it can't cut through while cooking. I can't believe I took around a year to pull the trigger and finally buy this knife. If you spend a lot of time in the kitchen this is an excellent knife.

Sharp and perfect
Gorgeous knife, extremely sharp and has made cooking a breeze. I'm terrified to chop off a finger but the precision makes it worth the risk

Great camp knife
I cook a lot. And I hate traveling with my kitchen knives. This knife is very heavy, but very well-built. Not as sleek as a finally forged chef knife, but a knife like that won’t hold up with outdoor cooking. This knife most certainly well. The design of the knife, and shape of the blade works very well with all sorts of cooking. Great buy for the money

Awesome "do-it-all" (shaped) knife!
I really love the look and feel of this knife. I purchased this as it was the most highly recommended traveling chef's knife for outdoors. My goal was to get a knife that I could travel with when I went on vacations. I hate the knives provided as most rentals, and often brought my sharpening stones to fix chips and dull edges. Now I don't need to spend time sharpening knives or working with poorly sized or missing knives at any rental location. Personally, I prefer knives like santoku/bunka/chinese cleavers that have a flatter belly and larger blade for chopping and sweeping up the chopped ingredients. This knife provides all that, along with a curved tip for carving/raw meat prep. Thus, this knife provides the benefit of multiple knives in one package, in my opinion. The knife also came nice and sharp. I was able to easily slice through soft challah bread without crushing the bread itself. This was sent to the airbnb I was travelling to, and sadly there was no bread knife at my destination. Surprisingly this worked just as good! I've even started using this knife at home, since I like the "do-it-all" shape.

Wonderful knife
Excellent knife that is very sharp. Only knock is the heavy weight and a bit awkward holding like a chef knife.

It’s better than you’d think.
Great kitchen knife. Sharp out of the box and exactly the chopper I was looking for. Not great steel, but keep it sharp and dry and it will be excellent.

Heavy chef knife
I really do like this company even though they are not made in the US. So far I brought this thing to work the past week, I am a cook. It has held up to most tasks you would need it for. The weight of the blade seems to do most the work. So far good knofe
