Now my favorite cocoa. It is perfectly balanced, has no burlap bag taste of some high-quality cocoa, not over fermented and sour, and not under fermented and bitter. This is the first cocoa that I can mix with sugar and a bit of water and eat straight. I like that it is a medium to light roast chocolate, which adds to it's mild character. Will definitely be buying more.

I have been buying this for years and prefer it to anything I can find in the grocery store. It keeps well in the freezer. Great for mocha drinks, cakes, cookies, hot cocoa, anything that calls for chocolate.

I've been using his brnad of cocoa for years and have never gotten a bag that had an "early expiration date" such as some have been claiming (complaining?). I use his for everything from hot cocoa to making cakes and cheesecakes. I have a recipe for Cocoa Butter Cookies that is fabulous and this is the only brand I use for all of that. Hint regarding hot cocoa: Mix 2 parts sugar with 1 part cocoa and then, after stirring into the hot milk, add 1/8 teaspoon of vanilla! ;-)

This item took three weeks to arrive and there was a small cut in the bag leaking chocolate powder everywhere when it finally got here 🥲

Great chocolate flavor, though not as dark or rich as the Extra Brute but still absolutely wonderful! I use it when I am wanting more of a milk chocolate falvor in my baking!
