It is still too early to comment on the quality of the product, because it has been less than two months since I bought it. But it seems to be a quality product, and the only problem is that the charger is not compatible with UK plugs.

Having bought cheap clippers for years, I finally took the plunge and bought a decent set. I use these on the minimum setting (0.5mm) without and guards or combs. I shave my beard and my head all on the same setting. Very smooth to use, battery life is excellent and they're easy to clean. Can't recommend enough.

Easy to use and adjust to required trim setting. A great trimmer, well worth the additional cost.

Great product as always, only thing that let the delivery down is that the delivery address was attached to the original Philips box , not in any form of protective packaging, I wasn’t home for delivery and the box was soaking and falling apart, luckily the clipper was not damaged , only giving one star because of packaging

Got this item as a second purchase. Previously, a friend intended to gift it to me, however the delivered item had problems with the packaging, seemed that was previously opened by someone else. Returned that item and the refund was so quick.Ordered using my own account this time. The packaging is not still great. However, overall it is a good trimmer, easy-to-use, not very loud and soft on the skin. The shaving quality could be better than this, but considering it as a middle-range trimmer, it is a good choice to go for
