Software will not backup a dynamic C drive
This software will not backup a dynamic C drive and I wasted my time buying and returning the software because it was not indicated in the software discerption. I will never buy from this company again!

Technical Support took 2 weeks to get back to me, and they were wrong.
When I used Backup Pro 15 for the first time, the backup took hours and ended in an error and no backup. I saved the error report and sent it to Technical Support to get their solution. When I first used Backup Pro 15 it gave me a link to try Backup Pro 16, so I decided to try the updated software. It did not take any time to fail and give me an error. I sent the data to Technical Support too. Two weeks later, I got an answer. By then I had the Backup Pro 15 working because version 16 was just a trial and I did not see the point in spending more money on software that was not working. Backup Pro 15 had an option to make my external 1.2 Tb drive bootable. I knew that I would loose the documents, music, and videos on the drive if I did this, but I wanted a full system backup. So, I let Backup Pro 15 make my drive bootable. It completed the task this time in much less time. There was over a terabyte of room on the drive before, why did it take a format and loss of my data to make a backup of my system? Technical support got back to me and said that either my drive or the cable to my drive was faulty. I knew that was wrong. I had just bought this drive, and I had already used it to store my documents, music and videos. It seems to me, that Backup Pro 15 prefers to have the drive to itself, and is unwilling to share a drive with other data. If you get this software, do not count on technical support, and have a clean drive no matter how big it is.

does not work
I was able to back up my music files. All other backups ended up with a empty "data" folder in the backup folder. I tryed to send a message to the support using the software but the message could not be sentBTW I am using Windows 11

Easy to use but limited
This is a good software package for someone who just wants to back up the "C" Drive. Their is no provision to select specific folders or drives.
