Did not come with connectors for OEM fit which sucks. For OEM fit, connectors can be purchased through Corsa Technic - Passenger Side: Sumitomo TS187-2S - Driver Side: Yazaki 58W-2S-1

The original fans on the RX8 weren't doing so well and these were up for a good price. If you are looking for an exact replacement fan setup, this is not for you. The original fan shroud has the provisions for the harness clips, batter and ecu cooling ducts, etc. This will not. You will need to zip tie the harness down and leave your battery and ecu without cooling ducts. You will need to \ figure out the wiring too. This unit is not directly 'plug and play' I butchered up my old fan an reused some of the wiring connections in order to avoid cutting up the factory harness. The fans bolted up to a high performance CSF radiator with little issue. They will sound different (a lot like the same fan noise a walk in cooler at a convenience store makes). The fans work, as for making a difference, it is hard to tell. The high performance radiator make the biggest difference.
