Another excellent product from cutco. This is my favorite brisket slicing knife. Nice, thick, solid blade with firm, comfortable handle.

Bought this style knife from my niece who was selling them for some sort of fundraiser. Stunning knife to look at, but easily the WORST knife I have ever owned. Completely dull out of the box. Was almost laughable. Customer service no help, of course. Don’t waste your time or money.

I love Cutco knives. This one cuts well and with lifetime sharpening it's a great deal.
