Dock- WD19 130w Power Delivery - 180w AC

I was having trouble with a differnt brand hub do I decided to just pay more for hte Dell one to match my computer. All my internet latency, dropped web conferencing calls, trouble with mouse/keyboard connectivity all went away once I started using this.

These are a miracle of technology! We have several locations where we use the laptops. I bought this system for each location so we could easily plug into the laptop and run multiple screens and other peripherals that are at that location. It makes set up so easy and also allows each person's laptop to swap out quickly. When I am done with my morning tasks, wife is up and ready to go to work on her books so I shut down, unplug, and she plugs in an boots up. Quick and easy with only one connection to the laptop.

I bought this dock to use with my Dell Laptop. It failed within three months, became completely unusable, wouldn't even power on. Luckily, Dell replaced it. Well, three months later and the replacement has failed now as well. Dell customer support bounced me between tech support and customer care maybe right times before telling me I was out of luck. Unfortunately, I can't recommend this product at all, and I'm now highly suspicious of Dell as a company. Their products should be capable of lasting at the very minimum a year. And customer service should be more effective than giving you the run around. What a complete waste of time and money. Planned obsolescence at it's best.

I purchased this docking station so that I could reduce the number of cables attached to my laptop. It had the bonus of being able to charge the laptop's battery as well. It was easy and straight forward to install and hookup. All my external devices worked perfectly and all the messy cables are neatly managed and out of the way. The unit is a bit pricey, but it is doing the job well so I can't complain too much. I would recommend this unit if you would like to streamline the cables going to your lap top.

We purchased several of these docking stations for our company. Overall, they are good docking stations for the 3 monitors that we connect to them. One thing to be wary of: The seller has them listed as "New". However, one of the docking stations failed recently and in checking the warranty status through Dell, it show as being purchased and delivered to some place in Italy in 2020. Obviously, then this tells me that the device itself is used. I am working through a support chat now with Amazon to see what options are available since this dock was purchased within the last 2 months. Not to say this would be for all sellers or devices, but that currently is our experience right now.

I have two dell laptop computers Dell Latitude 5510 and E4310 and my Work computer is an HP ProBook 650 G8. This docking station works with all three Laptops. The Refurbished ones look new. I bought two of these stations I work from home and go to the office once a month and I didn't want to disconnect the Thunderbolt dock. These docking stations are well worth the money. I think they will connect to almost any laptop that has a standard usb 2.0 or 3.0 connection...I am able to use three monitors with this docking station

When my old tower style computer died, I decided it was time for a new laptop with a docking station. Since the laptop is a Dell, I decided to go with a Dell docking station. This was totally easy to set up, which was important for me,not being a total techie! It quickly found my two monitors, speakers,etc. very pleased with everything!

I use the dock for my Dell work computer that charges at 130 watts and I use it for my Lenovo home laptop that charges at 90 watts, perfect! Easy to swap between the two laptops, plenty of connections, however there is only one HDMI, my 2 monitors only have HDMI, but a simple display port/HDMI adapter can solve that problem. The laptop quickly connects to the monitors and any other device plugged into it.

Its as per expectation. It has adapter as well, capable to supply power to laptop.

It is connected to a Dell Latitude or a Dell Inspiron—output to a Dell monitor using a DisplayPort cable and a Lenovo monitor (D24-40) using a HDMI cable. I would recommend this to family and friends.

It is noisy :-(
