What Are The Benefits Of Using This Product?

After having been diagnosed with diverticulosis, my doctor told me that I may need a product to help me with my digestive system and help with elimination of bowel movements After doing some research I found inulin powder. Being a probiotic I knew it would be good for my digestive system but it also seems to keep me regular without the issues I was concerned about. I put the powder in a cup of hot water every morning.
