Rada Cutlery Granny Paring Knife (W200), 2.38" Stainless Steel Serrated Blade, Black Handle, Pack of 2

My husband and I have been using RADA cutlery for decades! I am pretty sure we have every knife they make. Now that our kids are moving out, these knifes make great gifts for them. All the RADA cutlery is super sharp and later easily re-sharpened with the sharpener that they sell.

These is honestly the best knife ever! The blade is sharp and it fits in your hand easily. Dishwasher safe handle did the win! I use it to cut up lots of different fruits and veggies! It’s my go to wedding gift!

Excellent cutlery. Well made, sturdy. The granny knife is comfortable and easy to hold while peeling any vegetable.

They are the best knives I’ve even used. I have a few that are over 30 years old. I sharpen them once or twice a year and they’re like new.

All and I do mean (ALL) of their products are awesome!! We’ve been buying their knives, sharpeners, ice cream scoop, and just about anything else I can get my hands on for years now and we LOVE THEM ALL!!! We’ve also purchased countless pieces and sets for friends and family. They all love them too! The blades are thinner than your average knife but don’t be fooled. These are NOT wimpy knives. They are tough and dishwasher safe! They just work sooooo much better than your average knife. This holds true with their other products too. Example: The ice cream scoop .... I have bought probably about 13-14 (other brands) over the years. They either break, bend, or they are basically useless!! Uggg! So annoying! But not RADA. THIS SCOOP outperformed every other scoop I’ve tried including the high dollar ones that supposedly do it all. Bahahahaha what a joke! RADA’s puts them all to shame. And the knives ...... are to die for!! They may not be fancy (but who cares) .... they get the job done and done very well I might add!! I mentioned earlier about the blades being thinner. Well, they are but that’s a good thing. This allows you to cut easier (especially half thawed items), make a more precise cut (like peeling tomatoes-yes I peel tomatoes) or very thin cut potatoes, or trimming various meats. When you’re not trying to push a thick/bulky piece of metal through something, it’s obviously easier. Also, their knives keep a very sharp edge! And when they do need a little sharpening, their small double wheel sharpener does the trick so easily and so quickly!! Last, but certainly not least ..... the price. Wow oh Wow!!! So reasonably priced, it’s crazy. That’s why I’m able to get so many different pieces to enjoy without breaking the bank. I have $300 and $400 knives but they just sit there looking pretty because YOU JUST CANNOT BEAT RADA’s!! I don’t write many reviews and I apologize for the length of this one but ..... I could probably be the poster child for them. LOL!! And “no”..... I’m NOT being paid for this review or compensated in any other way. When you’ve used something for so long, it outperforms the rest hands down, and is a great price...... you don’t need to get paid for speaking the truth and how you really feel about a product(s). Hope this helps some of you out there!! Give them a try, you won’t be sorry!!! You have nothing to lose. I have several knives of this brand and love them all Very durable and easily sharpened.

Perfect! Lost mine several weeks back (likely accidentally trashed it). I was relieved to find them on Amazon! These are my favorite knives to work with in the kitchen. Buy them. You won’t regret it.

I have a slew of Rada knives that are in constant use and I ran across this nifty little granny paring knife. The blade is only 2.25" long and is extremely sharp. The curved part of the blade is on top, leaving a nice straight edge for cutting. This is super for a fast peeling job on potatoes or the peaches that are now in season. I chose the black handle because it has a bit of a roughened grip, making it easier to hold on to as when peeling something with a lot of juice. i.e. the peaches. Rada products can be put in the dishwasher but I have broken myself from this habit as it dulls the blades so much faster. But saying that, Rada blades take nicely to sharpening and can be made incredibly sharp. Of course, the price of Rada can't be beat for the quality received and the long lasting product. I have never had a knife separate from the handle in the many years I've been using them but they seem to walk away from my kitchen.....very mysteriously! I have found them on the work bench in the garage and out in the tool shed. My husband denies such appropriations but as there is no one else here but the cats and dog....hmmmm. I've said before and will say again, a person can't go wrong with any Rada product, whether for yourself or as gifts. Forged stainless steel, and best of all, made in the good ole' USA.

The paring knife is sharp, but what I've selected was shown as a down curving bladed paring knife. What I received has a an upward curve of a cutting knife.

Favorite little knife in the world! Problem is that they disappear pretty quickly at my house:-(

Totally metal. Fits easily in the palm of your hand. Curved blade makes paring easier.

This is the best knife ever! I have 2 that I got over 10 years ago and they are still great . When I first got them I offer many to my friend and family as gift and they love them
