Good value for money, long term reliability, exceptional performers with low noise characteristics.
Having tried pretty much all the pc fans on the market Arctic are the ones I buy for most use cases now. Exceptional value for money, usually pretty good availability, no disgusting colours or naff design gimmicks to put up with, and above all reliable. Have found them to do exactly what you expect from them in buying the pressure, or air flow optimised models - they are all quiet and well behaved, whilst remaining effective for their intended applications. Long term reliability has been exceptional, had many in near constant use here for over 5 years, without any nasty noises from the bearings or motor failure (most generic cheap fans will have what they assert to be bearings seize up within 12 months) - what they cant do though is magically repel dust, so you will need to clean out some dust bunnies once in a while however ;) When not available, I would also recommend the ones made by another German company - BeQuiet ..They share many of the properties listed above, and have their own classy, low key look to their design - however in the past I have not found them to be as effective as Arctic's in pressure mode applications (watercooling and heatsinks) - you need to push the speed of the bequiets a little harder to get the equivalent cooling.

Perfect Fan, zero complaints after 3-4 yrs of usage
the cooling performance of the ARCTIC F14 PWM is outstanding even when I've never serviced or cleaned it. It effectively moves a substantial amount of air, keeping temperatures at bay even during the most demanding tasks. Whether you're engaged in intense gaming sessions or CPU-intensive work, this fan ensures that your system remains cool and stable. The PWM (Pulse Width Modulation) signal is another notable feature of this fan. It enables precise control of the fan speed, allowing you to customize the cooling performance according to your specific needs. The fan speed ranges from 200 to 1350 RPM, giving you the flexibility to strike the perfect balance between cooling efficiency and noise level. In which case I haven't noticed the noise to be anything in excess of the norm. Recommend

Tremendously quiet
Standard fan mountings so no complaints there. Installed easily and damn are they quiet. Used them as case fans and I can barely tell they're on when at low speed. High speed you hear them but nowhere near my previous fans. Louder than my noctuas but there's no surprise there as they're a good deal cheaper. A good choice if you don't fancy spending lots.

Amazing Deal, Ok Airflow
An absolute deal for a new PC Fan these days. I personally didnt use it on my PC as these wouldnt be sufficient for it, however in the place I did implement it, it was pretty good. It is very very quiet, almost silent, and the bearings are smooth. Unfortunately it isn't very powerful and doesn't move much air. However it's hard to complain about this at the cheap price! For a mid tier or above PC I would only reccomend this for additional cooling as it doesnt move much air. Apart from that, great fan.

Cool and quiet
Well made powerful quiet fan, has a temperature probe so depending on we're its placed dictates when the fan runs. Mine was over a raid controller with its own fan after a few days the fan stopped working.......the probe had freed itself and was hanging mid air so beware can be fooling.

For what you get at this price point, I was blown away!
This is a great looking fan. I bought it to replace a fractal design fan that was considerably more expensive. Because does not have any tacky stickers on the rear side It looks much better than the more expensive fan. Even at full voltage (12v) it does pretty well with its noise levels. The cables are fully black, which is a godsend for someone like myself who is not a fan of the ketchup and mustard colours of many other fans. Highly recommended.

Great fan on a budget
Arctic have always been my go to fan for PC builds and while you can certainly find better, different colour combinations and added light effects I still think you can’t beat the F range on price v performance v sound levels. If you are after a good quality basic fan to do a good job at a good price, this is a great choice. I must have installed about a hundred from the range over the years including the silent and pro versions, with multiple connection options and of different sizes. Other than a few issues with the pro range not working when I’ve wanted better exhaust options (all quickly replaced with working versions) they have never let me down. So for me another great product purchased, installed and working well. Yes if money no option I would look at Noctua but on a budget these remain my first choice make and range.

Great fans and PWM support too
Great fans, not too loud and seem to have cooled my computer drastically. I have put 2 of these on the roof of my case, and it's pulling the rising hot air out super fast.
