Gain Scent Beads and Downy Unstoppables advertise like crazy. I'm sure these are high profit items, probably cost pennies to make. Anyway, these are much cheaper per ounce and I'm sure they are just as good. Good enough for me anyway. I had never used laundry scents. I always thought of them as unnecessary expense. But I had some towels that got musty and the smell didn't come out after a couple of washings. So, I figured I would just once buy some scent beads and probably never again. But I was surprised to find that yeah, it is kinda nice to have a little fragrance. But I'm not going to pay Downy/Gain prices for the privilege. This seems like it is worth the price. Note that these are granules. Smaller than scent beads. That makes it denser per volume. These bottles are heavier for their size than the beads are. So, you probably can use less. As far as how much product I received, each bottle was about 3/4 full. Not completely full but I figure that is how it is supposed to be. They always allow for settling during shipment. Some users said they didn't get a proper amount of product but I believe that I did. Note that these are granules. Smaller than scent beads. That makes it denser per volume. I think the normal recommendation is to put the product directly in the washer bin when you start your load. But that seems like most of the product would be rinsed out during the rinse cycle. I do not use fabric softener. I understand that fabric softener is actually detrimental to fabric life. But that means I can put the scent in the softener bin of my washer and use less of the product. I fill my softener bin about half-way with the scent and that gets me what I want while not using a ton of product each time. Therefore, this 4-pack of Purex Crystals should last me a long time. Good value.

These smell so yummy, Work very good. They are alittle smaller, I Think 1 bottle last me 10 loads, I am not sure if that's a lot, because I don't have anything to compare it too, but I do think they are easy to use, They dissolve nicely in the washer and don't leave anything behind. The smell is good and lasts awhile. Makes your laundry feel even fresher.

Great product, love the scent! Had a very bad delivery experience though. The lid of one package of the scent booster containers came off somehow and discarded most of the contents into the box that the 4 containers came in, which leaked into the shipping box, which leaked EVERYWHERE! Don't know how this happened, no visible damage on either box. I've got scent booster beads EVERYWHERE because of the slow, vicious leak-- my driveway, path, front porch, foyer, dining room, table, floor. A wonderful smelling crime scene. If it was a warehouse prank, it was a good one....

Great product, easy to use, fresh fragrance, BUT be careful when opening the box. My latest Subscribe & Save Purex box was opened on the bottom (inside the larger shipping box) and when I removed one of the bottles, the lid had been unscrewed. Product had spilled in the box (I couldn't have seen that until it was too late) and then spilled all over me, the floor... everywhere. At least half a bottle's content lost.

I have these laundry crystals on auto-ship! Can’t even imagine doing my laundry without them now. They smell so good and the smell lasts. They dissolve in my washer and no one in my family has had any skin irritation from them at all, even my pets. I go through about one bottle every week, but we do a LOT of laundry around here. The seal seems to work well and holds during shipping. The clothes and towels always feel soft too!

The stuff works. Things do smell nicer a lot longer. It might be overwhelming for some, so start small. Easy enough to use as a room deodorizer.

I could fill the 3 bottles with the 4th one not sure why the bottles aren't full also it doesnt have any indications for how much to use just guessing lol does smell great goes well with the detergent
