It works really well! I have terrible (terrible) periods and sinus headaches. I bought a pink water bottle and a black one. They help so much with pain and are fairly large. A little heavy when full of water but really helps with counter pressure against my cramps and headaches.

Personally, I don't use the house heater due to it trying my nose up and making it all stuffy. I use this during the day with a blanket to keep the heat in on my lap. Great buy.

Takes me back to my grandma's red rubber bottle wrapped in a towel. The aches and pain simply fade away. Great size and the knitted bottle sweater is awesome and cute.
