The problem arose once we started going back to the office and had multiple people on the same call in our open environment there would be a tremendous amount of background noise and echo picked up by our laptop mics. This headset made a massive improvement in user's voice isolation and eliminated the background echo. Big win. Review: 主にdiscordで使用していました。 以前も似たゼンハイザーのヘッドセットを使っており、マイク含めた音質や耳のスポンジ部分は問題なく性能も向上しているように感じられました。 しかし、付属のリモコン部分が全く機能していません。 一番上の電話マークのボタンを押して置かないとミュートボタンを押しても機能せず、不具合なのかミュートボタンを押した後、USBを抜き差ししないとミュート解除ができない状態です。 一度返品して同じものを再度購入したのですが、それでも同じ状態が続いています。 （ほかのヘッドセットは問題なく使用できるため、PCの環境ではなさそうです） 手元でミュートをしない方ならあまり問題はないと思います。
