It work. I have only used the black ink and it seem to work perfectly. Assuming the colors ink work similarly, I will not be running out of ink for years. This will save me hundreds, maybe even thousands of dollars depending on how long the printer last. Each 1 of the OEM XL cartridges cost over $25 and print maybe 100 pages. This product is easy to use, low cost and good quality. Highly recommend.

I bought this kit to refill my HP 962xl catridges. I looked up a video on how to "refill ink for my type of cartridge" on youtube since the included paper instructions were for a different type of cartridge. And it's relatively easy! It's definitely messy, so definitely use proper gloves and work on top of some cardboard or something. Do not use the included kit gloves since they aren't liquid proof, your fingers will definitely stain. The syringes aren't the best (esp if you're used to medical grade syringes, this stuff is a joke by comparison), and the syringes being low quality contributes to the messiness. I've only done black so far, and I only put in 8 mls into an XL cartridge, but its looking good. I'm storing the used syringe and syringe tips in a separate bag to reuse and to prevent the ink from smearing on the other stuff.

Awesome. Works excellent but more importantly you get to scr$w HP out of their overpriced rip off cartridges!!! Take one apart some time and see for yourself. Shame on you!! HP!!!!

Unfortunately, these ink refills were more trouble than they were worth for me. The process was messy and difficult to manage, and the ink repeatedly clogged my printer heads. Despite trying to clean and troubleshoot, the clogging continued, and ink ended up getting everywhere inside the printer. I ultimately had to replace the printer entirely, which made this a very costly experience. Because of the mess and the damage it caused, I wouldn’t recommend this product.

Good bang for buck, color is pretty accurate. Stars only docked because the seals on the color bottles is a complete joke. Currently stored in a bunch of bread bags to contain the magenta disaster site. Would buy again but consider storing somewhere consistent.

I was skeptical about using aftermarket ink but I can honestly say this ink is fantastic. I was nervous to add ink after watching countless videos. Honestly, the best way to add ink to the cartridges using this ink is this: •Turn your cartridges upside down so the ink pad is facing the ceiling. •Add ink to pad one drop at a time. I measured out about 1-2 mil per color cartridge. •Let cartridges rest upside down for about 10 min then install them back into the printer. I did have to put a few more milliliters in each cartridge after the first week, but I'm pretty sure it was because my cartridges were awfully dried out to begin with. It has now been over a month since adding ink and my printer prints beautifully.
