These multivitamins are just what the doctor ordered. They are more complete than the more well known brands, and use better ingredients and better forms of each vitamin. For example the B12 in this formulation is methylcobalamin, which is much better for your body that the cyanocobalamin found in almost all other multivitamins. Why does this matter? Because Cyanocobalamin is a cyanide based compound. It's okay in small amounts but for daily use you don't really want to be taking that. And that's just one example. These vitamins may cost more than your generics or even some well known brands but I guarantee it's worth it. This is one of the highest quality supplement brands you can buy. Do note that one service is actually two pills. It says this on the bottle but I did jot read that at first. So 60 pills is a month supply, and 120 is two months, etc. So just keep that in mind. Besides that, no issues with these. I also don't get an upset stomach with these. I tolerate them very well. I definitely recommend these vitamins.

Could tell the difference in energy, sleep and mood within a week

I really love this formulation, I think it has a good vitamin content/quality, and helps improve my energy levels and overall health. In order to make it more cost-effective I only have 1 dose daily instead of 2, and trust in my diet to give me the remaining nutrients I need. I wish the pills were smooth capsules instead of a rough pill, but that is just a texture issue I personally struggle with.

Destroyed my stomach. I like to think my gut is quite tolerable of all sorts of foods, even food well past expiration. I've tried a lot of vitamins too. But these just instantly sent me to the toilet. And I can't return them. Ugh.
