I really love this formulation, I think it has a good vitamin content/quality, and helps improve my energy levels and overall health. In order to make it more cost-effective I only have 1 dose daily instead of 2, and trust in my diet to give me the remaining nutrients I need. I wish the pills were smooth capsules instead of a rough pill, but that is just a texture issue I personally struggle with.

This is my multivitamin of choice. I pair this with their magnesium supplement as well. Although I wait 2 hours in between taking each of them.

I am a woman but I bought these anyway; I didn't see a lot of difference between the men's and the women's formulas except this one had more of the minerals I was looking for. Anyway I have been taking one tablet per day for a few days now and what I notice is more energy! After covid I just never could stop feeling tired every day. These tablets seem to be changing all that; I feel as though I can really get things done instead of just dragging myself through the days. The tablets are large-ish but okay to swallow and I personally didn't feel any nausea or any other bad effects. In fact I really didn't feel I had taken anything at all, I just feel more energy and stamina to power through the days. I will definitely buy these again.

Destroyed my stomach. I like to think my gut is quite tolerable of all sorts of foods, even food well past expiration. I've tried a lot of vitamins too. But these just instantly sent me to the toilet. And I can't return them. Ugh.
