Useless and made my tongue green
Made 0 difference and some of the capsules were defected and made my tongue green. I had to throw it away without finishing it

This is the only supplement I've found that actually works for me. I've had achy varicose veins in my legs every summer for over 20 years and it's only gotten worse as I've aged. I began taking this Nature's Way formula prophylactically about 6-7 months ago in the spring, and this summer my legs didn't bother me at all. I take one capsule with breakfast and a second one with supper, as recommended. I've experienced no unpleasant side effects, simply relief from months of discomfort that could become painful at times. Some areas even *look* better, which I wouldn't have thought possible. I've been a fan of Nature's Way's products for a very long time and am delighted to have found my way to this affordable remedy from a company I trust.

My mom suggested these to me. She uses this product and likes it. However, I bleed easily and started having bruising within three days of use. I was only taking one a day, but still had multiple bruises in various places on my body. I discontinued use after five days and bruising stopped. I rated highly because it apparently works quite well, but I would not recommend to anyone with low coagulation and certainly do not combine with a blood thinner. The pills were easy to take. No taste. I do not know that I used it long enough to experience pain relief or change in energy/symptoms.

I recently tried Nature's Way Leg Veins Support Blend, primarily motivated by a familial history of spider veins, which have always been a source of concern for me. While I admit that my consistency with these capsules wasn't steadfast, I genuinely believe I noticed some positive changes in my spider veins after incorporating them into my routine. Initially, I was somewhat skeptical, wondering if the improvements I perceived were merely a placebo effect. However, given my predisposition to spider veins and the visible changes I thought I observed, I felt encouraged to continue with the supplement. Unfortunately, I didn't maintain consistent usage to provide a definitive assessment, but the initial results were promising enough to consider revisiting these capsules. The blend of Horse Chestnut, Grape Seed Extract, and Cayenne Pepper intrigued me due to their reputed benefits for vein support. While I can't guarantee universal results, especially considering individual variability, I genuinely felt hopeful and somewhat relieved by the perceived improvements. In summary, if you, like me, are grappling with spider veins and are searching for potential solutions, I would recommend giving Nature's Way Leg Veins Support Blend a try. While it's essential to manage expectations and maintain consistency for optimal results, my initial experience was encouraging enough to consider another round. Always consult with a healthcare professional before starting any new supplement regimen, but for those seeking relief from spider veins, this might be worth exploring further.

I chose this brand because I’ve had success with their other products and because this is a really good blend. A lot of times blends don’t give you enough of each ingredient to really make a difference so you have to buy them all separately, but this is a good all in one. Do not expect an immediate fix if you’re taking this for spider veins and swelling from bad circulation or CVI. You will need to me persistent for a year or two and add other things to your routine like elevation, compression, etc. Read to the end to see what has been helping me the most. But for this product, I do recommend because after about a week or so my swelling started going down and the heaviness got better so I’m going to stick with this to see the long term results. Just stick with it because there is no instant cure for this, trust me I would know about it as much research as I’ve done. The caps aren’t too big, I take both at the same time. You get a decent amount since you take 4 a day but I do wish there was a bigger bottle. Since this is something you take long term, having a bigger bottle available would make sense. I do think this is one of the best blends available on Amazon so I do recommend and I recommend this over tapping only butchers broom by itself. Now, what has really helped me… I continue to do research on this quite a bit and if you’re interested in learning about how to actually reverse and repair the blood vessels look on YouTube for videos about niacin, niacinimide and also NAD+. Do so by searching “nad+ veins” for example. I’m taking both niacin (get the kind that gives you the flush, just stay with a lower mg and take it after you eat and work your way up) and niacinimide which are both B vitamins but do slightly different things for the veins. I’m currently looking into getting NAD+ shots and some people even do them at home. There is an IV option but I don’t think that’s necessary and think the shot is just fine but that is something you can look into. I hope my review has been helpful, I’ve been on a long journey and want to share my experience and what I’ve learned from research to hopefully help others!

I only purchased the smaller bottle of 60 capsules because I was skeptical these would actually work in helping diminish my varicose veins. Well, after only 9 days I can say I'm truly a believer. I had a number of smallish clusters of dark blue/purple varicose veins on my legs, with one fairly large cluster on my upper right calf. As an RN, I'm on my feet for hours a day and am prone to these unsightly marks. I've been taking 2 capsules each day with food and as I was inspecting my legs today I've noticed that a few clusters are completely gone! As for the others, including the largest cluster, they are visibly lighter...almost look the way a bruise would begin to look as it fades. I'm truly amazed. As for my leg aches, while not completely diminished, I am finding I am less aware of the pains I normally get from standing too long, so I believe it is starting to help in that regard as well. I'm sure it's too soon to know if these will help eliminate these aches, so I'll update my review after I've taken these capsules consistently for a few months. I can say I'm extremely pleased so far in this product's effectiveness, and am excited to see continued improvement in the appearance of my legs. The only negative effect of taking these is that they tend to cause minor heartburn, especially if taken on an empty stomach, so I recommend taking them with food. I believe this is a side effect of the cayenne pepper that this supplement contains. However, while a minor nuisance, this side effect is often short-lived and will not prevent me from continuing to take these.
