My dad suffers from chronic back pain and has just about tried everything he can think of to help with the pain. He sees the chiropractor weekly and uses a series of patches, heat, ice, and massagers to help with the pain. He even can't sleep in a bed anymore because he can't lie flat and has to sleep upright. I thought that I would give this back brace and support belt a shot and boy, am I happy that I did!This brace came true to size and we measured before buying and determined that he was a large. This brace came in a zippered bag and it came in it's own little pouch too. It is lightweight and flexible material but helps supports and brace your back. This was really easy to wear under clothes and it was not all that noticeable. It was very adjustable and easy to put on and take off. Wearing this not only helped to alleviate some of my dad's chronic back pain, but it really helped to improve his posture too. The material is breathable and is not too heavy. My dad really likes this brace and does not want to take it off he likes it so much. I have yet to clean it since it is so new, but I'm sure this can be hand washed.I hope that this review has been helpful to you!

The idea is good but the material rolls over, top and bottom and is uncomfortable.

No sooner had I posted a negative feedback- then I heard from the merchant. I SHOULD have contacted him first, but didn't. He suggested another product that would better work for me and adjusted the original purchase. He is a concerned and caring merchant, with character. I really feel bad- I was wrong. I promise I won't be doing that again. The only reason I didn't give five stars, I really didn't like the original product, but would issue six stars for the merchant's response!

This is not as firm as expressed or appear. Every time I bend it flips down: making it uncomfortable. As a disabled veteran, I would not recommend this product to my fellow veterans. I wish to return this product but to my misfortune-to late.

Provides good support for the back. However, any regular flexing of the core causes one of the straps to ride up and stick out of the wrap. Be ready to continuously adjust this thing unless you have a perfectly flat belly and/or are completely immobile at the waist.

The media could not be loaded. This is a great back brace for those that need assistance with lumbar and lower back support. The materials used for this brace are high quality and strong, very supportive. There are plenty of stays in the back and the adjustable Velcro closures allow you to customize the fit as needed. This can be worn on the outside of your clothes and – this is my personal opinion – I highly recommend not wearing this against bare skin as it can cause problems when worn non-stop that way due to friction from movement and perspiration. You need to at least wear a t-shirt between the brace and your skin. This brace certainly does the job and I am very pleased with the quality, and I am happy with this purchase.

My husbands whole family has back issues. My husband has been in and out of therapies to try and help his shoulder and back. This product provides great support for his lumbar and lower back.It's easy to put on. He had it on within a few seconds his first time.He's a pretty skinny guy, and the large fit him. You may want to go a larger size.I'm going to try to wear this to work to help me to sit up straight. I often forget to do that.My husband wants to wear it when he gardens, so that he remembers to bend with his knees and not with his back.This is a great product for anyone with back problems, those that need to sit up straight, and for preventative care.
