These "Calm" capsules do seem to help the user to chill out. I've taken them when anticipating a stressful time and they have a relaxing, anxiety reducing effect. In assisting with anxiety, they free the mind to concentrate and focus on what is going on rather than worrying about what may happen as the event progresses. I've found its effect to help me to actively listen more and then formulate a response during a conversation rather than fixating on what I want to say next. At the current price I would recommend taking these during only those times when you may find yourself in a challenging social situation where you need to be your best engaged self. The effect is real though and worth the money if you use them advisably.

I have tried a lot of different supplements to help with stress and this has quickly become my favorite. I was amazed the first time I used it. It was an afternoon when I had a lot of stress going on. This settled me down a lot and also my thinking felt more open and spacious. I only took one capsule as directed and it did the trick. That evening I took another one before bedtime along with a natural sleep supplement I’ve been taking with melatonin (Sleep Well buy Supplement Spot). I took two of those along with one Calm dose. OMG, I slept so good that night and had some really vivid calming dreams. I was just slightly groggy when I woke up at my regular time of 6am. Once I was up I felt fantastic. I do not take this every single night, but it is on my shelf on those really stressful days. I think it maybe less effective if you were to take it every day, so I save it for when I really need something to settle me down. It is better than diazepam! It does not have a very long shelf life, but I am sure I will still use it up before the expiration date. I got it in July 2021 and it expires in December of 2021, so that is only a 5 month shelve life. It doesn’t give a manufactured date on the bottle, so that would have been helpful to know when it was actually made. I really like this Calm supplement. It is very effective, safe, and well worth the cost for the 60 capsule bottle.
