Talking Sorting Hat

We had a Harry Potter themed Halloween event at work this year. We had witches/wizard hats and wands and a few other things, but I wanted something more for the kids to play with....something distinctly Harry Potter. I wasn't even thinking about getting a Sorting Hat, but when I saw this it struck me as being the perfect addition, and that was a heck of a good choice! During the event, kids enjoyed playing with all the Harry Potter things we had set up - the glasses, a golden snitch, etc. - but this hat was the star of the show! Nearly everyone tried it on and loved it! The hat is quite entertaining and the fact that it moves is amazing! Most people were pretty happy with whatever message they got, but occasionally we'd get funny reactions from people that didn't want to be in Hufflepuff or whatever it is they got. The one and only downside to this hat is that it doesn't stay on heads very well. It takes a little balance to keep it on your head, but this is understandable considering that it talks and moves. It was a small negative, but this was still much loved. Really, it was probably one of the best things we bought for the event! If you've got a little Harry Potter fan at home, or especially if you're hosting a Harry Potter themed event, I very highly recommend this!!!

THIS SORTING HAT IS A MUST for Harry Potter Parties!!!!!! It was WAY BETTER THAN EXPECTED!!!!!! I read the reviews before I ordered it and I found it to be be EVEN BETTER than the best review! It was SO ANIMATED!!! The voice was clear and the movements were FANTASTIC!!! Everyone at the party got a huge kick out of it, from adults to kids! Truly, excellent price for a whole lot of quality!!! It speaks French also...not sure how to turn off the French part, but the English was loud and clear! The details of the patchwork "face," fabric were beyond expectations!!!

So fun to have at a halloween party or harry potter party. I am introducing my younger siblings to harry potter and its so fun to use with them. it also has other languages which is fun!

So I bought this hat to actually make a bridal shower Harry-Potter themed accessory to surprise my friend. I ended up hot gluing flowers and a nude veil and it was so cute and magical. The hat makes you feel like you're a wizard at Hogwarts. The only thing I was bummed about was this is for kids, so an adult head doesn't really fit into it lol

My son had fun with this. It was a cute gift. The material is soft. The size is great. I had no idea it spoke in french also so that was a fun addition.

Bought this for my daughter who loves Harry Potter. Works well, smaller than i thought but it. But i would buy again.
