They are suitable for my guitar, but sadly a piece was missing. It could be the case that it got lost on the delivery because the interior packaging was not proper, and the lid was open, but it does not affect the item itself. It is a problem that won't reoccur in the end. Amazon immediately solved the issue for me. I am able to use only five of them since one is missing, but it is no issue. They are Turkish emery. So, not black or not dark gray. Performance wise, they add more sustain. Not a huge leap but ok.

I installed these bridge pins on my 2001 Martin DC-16GTE guitar. It's sounding better than ever.

Monté sur une première fois sur une Martin D-35 deuxième achat pour une Cort Orchestra Gold Bocote qualité du son surprenante je recommande.

They look great but not too sure if they offer that much improvement, were a little small for my Martin guitar but fit perfectly in my mini Maton guitar. Theses are expensive bridge pins, so you need to give it some consideration if the slight improvement in tone is worth the cost.
