A very good read lots of good recipes
It’s a good book but I’m a vegetarian so not a lot in it for vegetarians. I should’ve gone for a vegetarian book so that’s my own fault.

Not a good book. Only had it 24 hours and I’ve found 3 errors. No pics of recipes and printed on cheap paper.

Great book with delicious recipes!
For many years my father struggled with liver problems but despite all the family’s suggestions, he didn’t want to change his diet. He’d ‘rather live shorter but with delicious food’. As you can imagine, I started to look for some solutions how to cook better and more flavourful yet with respect to the health limitations coming from cirrhosis. Then I found this book. At first he was quite sceptical but after tasting a couple of meals from this cookbook, he seemed to finally understand that you can eat satisfying yet healthy meals! His favourite breakfast these days is coconut and strawberry smoothie bowl, and just to mention the obvious – you don’t need to have liver problems to enjoy these great recipes. They are simple, quick, the ingredients are available in any store. Definitely recommending this one!

Amazing!!
This book is everything I was looking for!! It explain how to cut down on fat in a clear and simple way. It help so much with great tips. My life has changed with the strategies to cook with less fat, and I realised that even if I was choosing healthy food, I was cooking in the wrong way.The 21 days meal plan is simply AMAZING! and I believe it can help to improve your lifestyle. The recipes are all delicious but one of my favourite is for sure "The Veggie Omelet" . The recipe are really detailed, explaining step by step, reporting nutritional content, servings and preparation time.I highly recommend this book to everyone, is clearly one of the best on the market!!!
