Paper jams are usually caused by loose or misaligned paper during transport. To speed up printing, we recommend tightly rolling the paper before using the battery load tester 12v automotive to prevent paper jams.

Q: How to quickly set the CCA value?

After entering the CCA settings page, you can swiftly adjust the CCA value by long-pressing the up or down arrow buttons, eliminating the need for repetitive button presses.

Q: Can the BST500 save test dates?

All battery testers without an internal power source are unable to save previous test dates. Therefore, you need to input the date manually when you use ANCEL BST500.

Q: Why are the results displayed on my battery tester inaccurate? Could it be a connection issue?

lf the voltage high than 15.00V, (for 24V system, the reading is over 30.00V), please check the voltage regulator. lf the voltage is lower than 13.30V, (for 24V system, the reading is under 26.60V), please check the connections, wires and the engine.
