This helped out my kids when they were sick. I believe that it helped shorten their cold. I got it after the first kid got sick, and it help him start to feel better. Then started to give it to the second one right as he started to show symptoms. The second kid wasn’t nearly as sick as the first kid. I would definitely recommend to give at the first sign of symptoms.
