Q: Is thia a rinse out or leave in conditioner?

It’s rinse out... I just bought some off of here a couple of weeks ago you have to leave it in for a few minutes before rinsing because it doesn’t condition your hair that well I had some about a year ago and it worked wonders I don’t know if they changed the formula in it or what... I hope this helps

Q: Is this the same as the packets?

The packet is a different formula, it is a deep conditioning treatment (much thicker viscosity, more luxurious) similar to a treatment mask that you leave on 3-5 minutes vs. this conditioner that you rinse off after you shampoo.

Q: Is this really "oil of morocco with argan oil" conditioner? there's also a darker blue bottle/similar name that has completly different ingredients

It used to be but another reviewer said they had changed the ingredients a while ago. This used to be excellent. Not sure now as I haven't tried it since they changed it.

I did not know there was an old and new. I am wondering that myself. Have used this for some time. I found that they sell it at Walgreens so did not have to order it on line anymore. I look forward to the answer to your question. Maybe someone else knows.
