I've been doing PT for years, and I finally passed the black theraband. My physical therapist told me to get one of these. It's the perfect step up. I've had it tied to a door for around three months no signs of wear

I ordered this band not sure what the resistance would feel like compared to the one from PT. It's more resisy, which was fine, and I love the thickness of the band. I feel it will last much longer than the ones I was given. The length makes it versatile.
