I have used them for 10+ years and they reduce knee and ankle pain on long hikes. The green ones have good arch support. I now use in all my shoes including dress shoes for work - just wish they had a cheaper multipack.

These are good insoles and do their job well. However they are basically just constructed with foam and plastic and therefore are very expensive for what you get. I would try cheaper insoles first which maybe just as good.

Made a major difference in the comfort and wearability of my New Balance walking shoes. I cut the insert to size by laying the original inset over the new one traced the toe box outline with a Sharpie and trimmed with a standard pair of kitchen scissors.

These insoles are expensive but worth the money. I have hiked many miles with them and nothing compares to their comfort. I had plantar fasciitis for years, and with these it has not bothered me again.
