Changed from a one star to a five star
I originally gave these ear buds a one star because after a week the right ear bud failed and was not producing any sound. LDH the distributor for OSTRY responded to me immediately and asked if they could do anything to resolve the issue. They sent me a new pair which I received today. The quality of the sound is excellent. And the Customer Service from LDH is great. I've been using these ear buds for a little over a week and they are great.
