This balloon was horrible. It started deflating within 2-3 hours of inflation. I later received an email that this product had been recalled due to this very problem. Returning it was not a problem due to good customer service.

These were nice size letters for parties. Easy to inflate and the air stays well so it lasts. Also, you can deflate this and store for next party. The color was a nice gold too.

I bought an M and an I and neither of them came with the straw so that was a pain in the a**. Otherwise they worked and looked great!

It was hard to transfer the air from the one end to the other. The ends for the letter K did not want to inflate. You need to be very careful it doesn’t pop.

As I was blowing it up, it quickly went from still needing air to popping. Had to go to party city.
