I ordered a faceplate with side panels, back plate, buttons, and new joysticks for my Xbox Series S controller, all from ExtremeRate and every product is amazing. Shipping was fast, arrived in just 1 day and everything came complete to my order. All of ExtremeRate's pieces are designed and manufactured to be the same as oem, so everything fits together perfectly just like the original controller. I've never taken apart a controller before so I wasn't to sure what I was getting myself into, but I watched ExtremeRate's instructional videos on YouTube and had no problem taking the controller apart, installing the new buttons/joysticks and putting it all back together with the new plates and it only took me about 30 minutes, start to finish. Everything fit great, it all lined up perfectly, none of the buttons or joysticks are sticking, they all feel just as they did before. If you watch their instructional videos and u don't rush, u should have no problems installing any of their products even if ur a first timmer. Overall I give all of the products I ordered 5 stars out of 5, without any doubt about it. I'm really diggin the new look of my controller and I'm sure u will to if u go with ExtremeRate.

As some other posts had said this is something you have to take apart the entire controller including removing the motherboard to do all the pieces. Per Xbox this will not void the warranty IF you do it without damaging it in the process of replacing the buttons. I like the custom look to my controller without having to spend $100 on just a standard controller that’s a “special” color. I am not a big gamer but I am good at taking things apart and even this proved slightly challenging. I recommend buying all the pieces you plan on changing and doing it all at once. I did the joy sticks also and easily was able to put them in when closing it back up from the button exchange. Overall great product and I’m totally satisfied. The video from the company wasn’t the best and remembering what I took from where was important as the video was not near as in depth as I thought it should be. There are a lot of small parts and no text or words.

Got it next day. Was pleased the kit came with the tools needed to swap buttons. Fits my Xbox Series S controller perfectly. Has a barcode to scan that says it has instructions for how to replace buttons, however I did not use this, so I cannot verify. The plastic does seem somewhat cheaper(lighter?) than original buttons, so time will tell if they hold up. Otherwise, good purchase.

These buttons look nice and work well. First time I put them together, the bumper piece was bowed. Once I put the middle piece on top of it, the bumpers wouldn’t engage. I contacted customer service and they were very quick to send me out an entire replacement set which I just put together and they work perfectly! The buttons are smooth and respond well, they were very easy to install once I got the installation video and did it once. This was the first of 2 controllers I customized, second went much quicker.

Replacement took a while, but I’m satisfied with the results. Got a red, black and chrome color scheme that I rather like. Texture is a little different, but not bad. Functions fine. Note: I used a different set for the buttons, but I doubt this would change my review as they function the same.

The grip, fit, buttons, and accuracy of these replacement buttons are basically the same as the standard controller. I haven't seen any issues with drift whatsoever, and the thickness is actually quite nice. Just be prepared to go a bit crazy getting the controller dismantled to install these.

I bought a few packets of button sets from this seller, and each one was really good quality and looks great each controller. I would buy more products from this seller, well worth the money.

First time ever taking apart this kind of controller so it took a while but the buttons all went in nicely and look great. The DPad feels kinda slick, there isn't any kind of texture to it but not a huge deal. The triggers are very clicky and I like that. Only other complaint I have is that the tutorial video they say to look up has no narration and there were a couple times I really wish that it did.

Very very cheap feeling would not recommend spend some more money and get something quality.

Produit bien emballé, mais on constate direct au déballage des légers défauts de découpe autour des boutons (effet sorti d'usine). Rien de dramatique. J'avais acheté le kit suite aux boutons LB/RB cassés de ma manette d'origine et faire d'une pierre deux coups en customisant le reste. La couleur est belle mais, comme expliqué avant, le rendu n'étant pas très soigné je n'ai finalement changé que les boutons LB/RB. Ces boutons ont bien fonctionnés pendant 1an tout pile avant de se casser à leur tour.

Took a bit for the first controller but once you figure it out it’s easy installing

I love my buttons but it was a pain in the butt to receive because the app put in the wrong address it somehow it went to two of my neighbours houses. luck I have same nice neighbours that took it to my house for me, How the installing went. it was super easy to install once I found the correct video because my controller is compatible with Xbox, S/X and Xbox one I ended up having to go under Xbox S and find the correct one after that very easy. Slight problem. I have talked about it in my video but basically when having the cover on the sync button and pressing it It does not push up I have to push it up If I need to sync my controller with another Xbox I need my original cover on it just a minor problem he other problem this is just another minor problem when pressing the up button as I showed in my video it doesn't make a click sound when you put the cover on and screw it in all the way so I noticed when I had it unscrewed a bit to release the pressure it started clicking so I don't know about anybody else, But I like the clicking sound lol. I would 100% recommend these buttons to anyone who wants to customize because they are super nice to install and take out and they're a really pretty color. I am definitely going to get more overtime.
