CarharttMen's Loose Fit Canvas Utility Work Short

Love finding a well made pair of work shorts. Wearing them all day while doing all kinds of manual labor in hot summer weather. Actually like that they aren't cargo shorts which it seems like all big and tall men's stuff is. The waist is a little smaller than other brands, but ordering up a size fixes that problem. Will buy again.

I have had several pairs of these shorts and wear them every day during the summer. I am often outside all day working on our property and rentals and these shorts provide the comfort that I was looking for along with a pocket big enough to put my phone which is in a case in that I don’t have to sit on it. The quality of these has been fantastic And I plan on continuing to get them as long as they’re available.

A little baggier that the relaxed fit but very comfortable!

totally like the shorts except the sizing of the waist is really tight. not what i expected in a "loose fit". material looks to be very durable & OTHER THAN THE WAIST it is very comfortable. I always get 34", but I would want this in a 35" (which is not an option - only 36" which would be too big). Other than that, I think anyone would be happy with them.

These are great shorts that will last years but the regular loose fit waist runs very small. I wear a 32" and returned a 32" and 33" because they didn't fit. I'm hoping the 34" will fit as I suspect the 36" will be to large.

These shorts are very well made the material is a bit thicker as we wanted.They were so nicely made and washed up without shrinkage that I ordered another pair

The shorts fit well and true to size. Pockets are deep and useful. One area of improvement is the right side knife pocket. The bottom should be sewn shut across the bottom so it can be used for utility knives without a clip. Could also be a little deeper. One other area of concern is how well will the fabric hold up over time. I’m an old guy and remember when Carhartt canvas duck was tough as nails. This fabric isn’t even close to it.

I've worn Carharrt construction shorts for years, until they went off the market during Covid (they were buys making first-responder clothing. Now they're back, and they make great shorts. Tough, comfortable fit, lots of interesting pockets, good long inseam. All in all, a truly excellent product.

These are a cool pair of shorts , it's Carhartt what else do you expect.I read the reviews and went with the order your correct size ! If you do this you will have to send them back ! I would say order a couple of sizes bigger .I'm a 32 and always have been my carhartt jeans and work pants are 32 and fit perfectly, i tried the shorts on and they are about a 28 waist , maybe even smaller, if i were to re order i would go for a 36 or a 38, but i don't won't the wait to be disappointed.
