Give these a try!
Despite the recent reviews reporting customers receiving poor quality product, I decided to risk it and buy 2 bags. A lot of my job involves food inspection and it sounds like the problem a few people have had with this product lately is sugar or fat bloom. This is a harmless, but unappetizing, deposit of sugar or fat crystals on the surface of the chocolate when it has been exposed to fluctuating temperatures. This creates a white film of sugar crystals on the surface and gives the chocolate a dry, gritty texture. This may be a problem with certain warehouses. My shipment arrived on time and with good quality product; no white film and delicious. Besides being a great incentive for me to take my calcium, I also like that this is made with calcium carbonate. Although calcium citrate is more readily used by the body, it tends to make me sick to my stomach. I don't have that problem with these. Give these a chance, Amazon Prime has free return shipping anyway!

These arrived in an inedible condition. Amazon said we could not return.
My husband and I have ordered these before and were very pleased with the taste and appearance of the supplement. This was not the case with this package. The interesting thing to start with is the front of the package says each disk contains 506 mg of calcium. All the packages on the internet and in previous purchases have had 500 mg. Did the company change the formula? When we opened the package the supplements were misshaped, not like disks. The chocolate was powdery and coming out of the wrapper. When we opened the wrapper the chocolate was disintegrating. We did not eat these as they were not as we have had previously. I am not sure what changed but unfortunately Amazon would not let us return nor would they replace the item. The supplements look old but as you can see from the packaging the expiration date is April of 2026.Not sure what happened but I am encouraging Amazon to stand behind the products that they ship.

Great Idea
I have terrible osteoporosis. The doctor used to ask me to take calcium pills but I never like them because they were big and they got stuck in my throat. One day while walking through whole foods and looking through a chewable calcium the lady Who is working there showed me these. I bought the bag and it was about $12. After using them for a month I was sold. These are delicious and healthy and I never miss a dose like I did with the pills. They are rich dark chocolate and almost like a dessert. When I went to the website to get these they were sold out. So I came to Amazon Jurin if they were here andThey were less expensive than in the store or on the website. I highly recommend these and if you like dark chocolate they are perfect. If you don’t like dark chocolate these come in milk chocolate as well.

Got a bad bag
Generally, this is an amazing product, they are delicious and help you keep up your Calcium and Vit D, but this bag, I don't know what happened, the chocolate was white and chalky and not edible. You can buy directly from the manufacturer which I plan to do going forward or at a local store. Some products from Amazon, like glue and makeup, in addition to this, seem to undergo some temperature or other issue that renders them unusable when they show up.

Most women who have had children need extra calcium which absorbs best if in compound with vitamin D so they don't ...
I have taken Adora Gluten Free Dark Chocolate 500mg Calcium for about 6 years. The store whereI was buying it stopped carrying Adora so I tried Amazon to see if I could get it. I could and at the same price so I ordered a year supply. I have a lot of gastrointestinal problems with anything other than plant calcium, most tablet calcium is from seal shell or fossils which are hard to digest for some people. Most women who have had children need extra calcium which absorbs best if in compound with vitamin D so they don't have bone problems ( osteoporosis) which can begin showing in bone scans in or around age 50. So eat or drink more calcium rich foods and take a supplement to keep bone strong and healthy. Adora is a plant based calcium/Vit. D supplement to help with bone density, doesn't upset the stomach and tastes good as well as doesn't add a lot of sugar or carbs to the diet. A healthy weigh, strong bones and good muscle tone will keep your body in shape and stave off aging as well! I think Adora helps me to do that! A very good product!!!

That's it.... I'm done. Three bags ($45+) white, crumbly, nasty, inedible. No more chances, Adora
I'm not even going to expend energy to post a photograph. There are dozens and dozens and dozens of pictures here of white crumbly disgusting product that is non-refundable and non-returnable. I got a few bags successively that were fine so I figured I would order a few more while the weather was relatively cooler and while the shipping seemed quick enough to give me a decent product. Nope. Three bags approximately $15 each are all bad and inedible. I'm done. These are not cheap and I have even sent inquiries to the company itself and I don't think it cares. It's too bad because it is a good product but I will go back to caltrate chews because otherwise I am throwing money into the garbage.

Delicious
Since having gastric bypass surgery many years ago, I have to take calcium and vitamin D. I've been using Adora Calcium Supplements for years. They keep my calcium in check, and they're like a delicious chocolate treat. I prefer the dark chocolate, but the milk chocolate is good too! Highly recommended if you need to supplement your calcium.

Perfect dark chocolate calcium supplement-just not from here
I’m sad because I love these, but I keep getting really old ones that have turned white and taste crumbly when eaten. I still eat them, but I bought some locally and they were perfect, so I know it’s just the batches I’ve got. And I’ve gotten 6 different bags and they are all pretty much the same. Some are better and worse than others, but none have been “fresh”. They are super yummy though and encourage me to have a treat while I get my vitamins. So they are otherwise 5 star, just maybe not from this seller.
