Can you layer this serum with an eye cream?

Can this be ised on the whole face or is it just for under eyes

it won’t really benefit the rest of your face so you’ll just be wasting product

Do you need to wash this off once applied and rubbed In?

No I don't, I have been using revolution products for about 6 months, and I have noticed a difference. I now have a better hydrated skin. Due to illness I have found my face has suffered, not so plump and fresh looking, also I look tired, due to my medication. I love this company, you can layer the products.
